The Rental Barn has been recently renovated and includes 16 fully matted stalls each with new LED lighting and outlets. Fully matted center aisle, hot/cold wash stall, roomy tack room, half-bath, office and hay storage.
Turn Out Paddocks
Rental Barn includes 9 large turnout paddocks ranging from 1 to 1.25 acres. All paddocks were newly fenced in 2023. Fertilized and limed annually. Over-seeded with winter rye in the fall. Convenient frost-free hydrants to all paddocks.
