small barn
The Small Barn is a fully contained 4-stall barn. Fully matted center aisle, H/C wash rack, roomy tack room, laundry, hay/feed storage.
Stalls are fully matted, with attached runs and direct access to 3 large pastures. Automatic/heated Nielson waterers and fly system in each stall.
Pastures have direct access to stalls and range from 2 to 5 acres. Newly fenced n 2023 with no climb and top rail; shared fences are topped with electric. Pastures are planted in a mixture of coastal bermuda and tifton bahaia. They are limed and fertilized annually and overseeded with rye in the fall.
